Smooth hard wall hose for transporting a wide range of chemicals, foodstuffs, petroleum products and oils. Hose suitable for use in an ATEX environment. Tested by the notified body INERIS.
Material
Inner tube: black and white speckled, smooth, food grade PE-UHMW. Chemical resistance according to IVG chemical resistance table. For temperatures above 50°C contact IVG.
Reinforcement: high-strength synthetic cord plus helical steel wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM rubber, resistant to chemicals, abrasion, weather and ozone
Characteristics
Standard: EN 12115:21. Pipe: Reg. EC 1935/04 y EC 2023/06. EU Reg. 10/2011 for alcoholic beverages up to 95%. Phthalate-free. Bisphenol A free. FDA Title 21 Section 177.1520 Food.
Temperature range: -30°C(-22°F) +100°C(212°F) depending on the medium
