Softwall, lightweight, flexible and abrasion resistant hose, suitable for the pneumatic conveying of abrasive bulk products in the food industry, granulates, dyes and PVC. Used in tankers, rail tankers and storage silos. Hose suitable for use in ATEX environments. Tested by the notified body INERIS.
Material
Inner tube: white, smooth, synthetic rubber, dissipating, food grade, resistant to abrasive dust and food.
Reinforcement: High-strength synthetic laminates.
Coating: black, smooth (wrapped finish), dissipative, synthetic rubber, ozone and weather resistant.
Characteristics
Standard: Reg. EC 1935/04 y 2023/06. Phthalate-free. FDA tit.21 art.177.2600 dry food. BfR XXI Cat.4.
Temperature range: -30°C (-22°F) to +80°C (+176°F).
