Hard wall hose for the suction and transportation of petroleum products with an aromatic content of up to 50% and oil-based drilling mud.
Tensile strength
2000 kgf for 2“ internal diameter
4000 kgf for 3” internal diameter
7000 kgf for all other diameters.
Material
Inner tube: black, smooth PVC/NBR rubber.
Reinforcement: high-strength synthetic cord, spiral steel wire and antistatic copper thread.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), fire-retardant CR rubber. Resistant to the elements, abrasion, oil and seawater.
Characteristics
Standard: PDA ABS No. 23-2375199-PDA. Composed of fireproof coating according to ASTM C-542.
Temperature range: from -20°C (-4°F) to +90°C (+194°F).
